How to Reorder?
  1. Sign in to your Zazzle account
  2. Click “My Account”
  3. Click on “Order History” in the left-hand navigation column
  4. Select the previous Order ID that contains the item(s) that you wish to re-order
  5. Click on the items (one at a time) that you’d like to re-order to open their detailed product view**
  6. If you need to make any modifications to the original design, click on the “Customize” button, and it will bring you to the original design creation palette for that item
  7. When you’re ready to purchase your desired item, select “Add To Cart”
  8. Once you are done shopping, you may proceed to checkout.
How can I check my Order Status?

To track an existing order, please log into your Zazzle account and review your Order History.

Order Status Descriptions:

  • Payment Verification: We are processing your payment.
  • Processing Order: We have received your order and will start making your products soon.
  • Making: We are in the process of manufacturing your made-to-order custom products.
  • Shipped: We have queued your order for shipment. In the case of traceable packages, a tracking number is issued at this point. Please keep in mind that if your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it will not be in transit until the following business day.
  • Delivered: Your package was delivered.
  • Canceled: Your order has been formally canceled within our system. If you are unsure why your order has been cancelled, please contact Customer Support.
  • Returned: Your items were returned.
How can I cancel my order?
  1. Login to your Zazzle account
  2. Hover over the profile icon and click “Order History”
  3. Click on the order id you want to cancel
  4. Click on “View Order Status” (on the right side of page)
  5. Click on the “Cancel Order” button (bottom of page)

If the “Cancel Order” button does not appear, it is because your order has already been queued for production and/or shipment. If this is the case, feel free to contact our customer support team for further help.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal, as well as Zazzle earnings and gift cards as payment. 
If you are ordering through UK, AU and NZ domains, payment by bank transfer is also available.
We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders or any other payments by regular, posted mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!  Please note that international deliveries can average 2-7 days with Express shipping or 4-21 days with Standard shipping. For the most accurate estimate, please feel free to place a mock order. During checkout, you will be presented the available shipping options, based on which Zazzle site you are using and the shipping destination.

Domestic Shipping Services

Zazzle offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the United States.

You can choose from Express, Premium and Standard shipping services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for our Premium shipping, and 4-7 business days for Standard shipping.

Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

Calculating Your Shipping Rate

Many variables is used in generating a shipping quote, We recommend that you place a mock order to get the most accurate pricing figure. You need not make a purchase to do so.

You can generate your own price quote by adding the items you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart. Rest assured that you will not be charged unless you proceed all the way through to the completion of your order (and the Order Confirmation page).

Once you have entered the requested information needed to provide the estimate, the various available shipping options and relative pricing will be displayed. This page will also reflect an overall price for the order, including product, tax (if applicable) and shipping.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return an item?
  • Contact Customer Care to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.
  • Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to select the product that you want to return.
  • Use the Upload File button to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
Who covers the Return Shipping Cost?

Zazzle will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Zazzle representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Zazzle reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Zazzle support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Zazzle.

What the Return Process Usually Entails?

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested an account credit, be advised that returning funds usually take 24-48 hours to appear in your Zazzle account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on Zazzle.

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.
